Vehicle Wash Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager who will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our tunnel product portfolio. This is a high-impact, cross‑functional leadership role that bridges market insights, customer needs, and engineering innovation. This role will define the vision and roadmap for tunnel systems—driving product differentiation, commercial success, and customer satisfaction in one of our most essential and dynamic product categories.
Key Responsibilities- Own the strategic direction and roadmap for Tunnel products, aligning with the overall VWS business and growth objectives.
- Translate customer and market insights into compelling value propositions and winning product strategies.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to maintain VWS’s market leadership in tunnel wash solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle—from concept, development, and launch to end‑of‑life decisions.
- Build business cases for new products and features, balancing innovation, manufacturability, and cost performance.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure successful product execution, launch readiness, and production scalability.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go‑to‑market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
- Work closely with Service and Support teams to address product performance and customer feedback.
- Collaborate across the portfolio to deliver integrated, one‑stop customer solutions.
- Own product performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Monitor and analyze product cost, quality, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and portfolio prioritization processes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related commercial/technical roles—preferably in industrial equipment, automation, or capital goods.
- Proven success leading complex hardware-based products from concept to commercialization.
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve challenging problems; able to translate data and insight into strategy and execution.
- Can precisely articulate customer problems and solution value and effectively influence cross‑functional teams; not afraid to ask hard questions and engage in difficult conversations to achieve the best outcome.
- Purpose-driven with the ability to motivate and excite others; strives for continuous improvement with a bias toward action.
- Demonstrated expertise in product planning and lifecycle management, including roadmap development, prioritization, and execution through advanced project management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
