Position: Front Desk Attendant *EVENING (3PM-8:15PM)

Vivo Wellness exists for those seeking to cleanse, reset and rejuvenate. We offer services with a holistic approach to those on a journey to optimal health and well-being. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and confident Front Desk Attendant / Receptionist who will serve as the first and last point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa and creating a seamless, professional, and nurturing experience for every guest.

Description
  • Greet and check in guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
  • Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and changes using our software (Boulevard)
  • Answer phones, return voicemails, and handle email inquiries in a timely, courteous manner
  • Learn and confidently deliver front desk scripts for services and product recommendations
  • Support colon hydro therapists and other service providers by preparing treatment rooms, restocking supplies, and managing flow
  • Handle guest check-out, rebooking, and retail sales with attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, calming, and organized reception and lobby space
  • Promote services, packages, and wellness products to help guests meet their health and beauty goals
  • Follow spa procedures for opening, closing, and front desk operations
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous front desk, customer service, or receptionist experience required (spa, salon, or wellness setting preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Confidence in upselling services and retail with a guest-first approach
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
  • Comfortable using spa/salon scheduling and POS software
  • Quick learner with excellent memory for scripts, policies, and procedures
