Requirements
  • Board-certified/board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery, including high-risk pregnancies and obstetrical emergencies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Conduct prenatal visits and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies
  • Monitor labor and perform deliveries, including cesarean sections
  • Conduct gynecologic exams, screenings, and minor procedures
  • Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions
  • Document visits and maintain medical records
  • Coordinate care with nurses, midwives, and other healthcare providers
  • Educate patients on reproductive health and treatment plans
  • Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives
  • On-call coverage for deliveries or emergencies as needed
