** Requirements
* ** Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
* 8+ years clinical experience preferred, with established patient panel a plus
* Strong leadership skills or experience managing patient panels
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in both established and developing outpatient practice settings
* Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork
** Duties & Responsibilities
** A typical day may include:
* Delivering high-quality outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
* Managing preventive care, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
* Utilizing Epic and other digital tools for clinical documentation and patient communication
* Participating in quality improvement and community health initiatives
* Contributing to the growth and development of new and established practice sites
