Graduate Civil Engineer (Hiring for May 2026) - Michigan

Your Responsibilities- Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development
- Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks
- Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents
- Use CAD software (AutoCAD or Micro Station) to develop design drawings
- Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards
- Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews
- Maintain organized project files and design documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
- Experience working in AutoCAD or Micro Station
- Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification preferred
- Internship or co‑op experience in civil engineering strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment
