Who we are looking for

Ricardo is seeking the next generation of highly motivated engineers who are eager to build a career in engineering consulting by joining our global team as Associate Engineers. You will apply your specialist skills in mechanical, automotive, mechatronic, controls, electrical, software, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering to help our clients solve complex technical challenges and deliver innovative, commerciallyviablesolutions.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of market sectors,includingpassenger cars, heavy‑dutyand commercial vehicles, marine, off‑highway, defense, and aerospace.

Upon joining, you will be assigned to one of our core engineering capability teams:

Design, Systems, Control, or Electrical Engineering.

Where client programs allow, you will have opportunities to rotate across multiple teams, enabling broad technical growth and developing deep insight into consultancy delivery across our business.

We welcome candidates with a strong interest in engineering consulting and a minimum GPA of 3.0 in a relevant engineering discipline(Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, Robotic, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Software-related).

Beneficial experience and qualities

While not essential, it would beadvantageousfor candidates to have:

A major in one of the core engineering disciplines, complemented by a minor or concentration such as:

• Minor in another engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical with a Mechanical minor, or Robotics with a Software minor), or concentration in areas such as Power Electronicsor Chassis Design.
• Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering.
• Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.

• An interest in mechanical or electrical engineering hobbies such as motor sport, restoration projects, Formula Student, or similar hands‑ontechnical activities.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point; Accessadvantageous).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
