Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and qualify leads to assessing if they meet the requirements for mortgage loans
• Support Loan Officers by managing daily pipeline updates, loan files, and client follow-ups
• Help gather and review client documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with borrowers, processors, and third parties to move files forward
• Maintain CRM notes and ensure all data is up-to-date and compliant
• Prepare disclosures, assist with locking loans, and support pre-approvals
• Act as a second set of eyes to ensure clean files and smooth closings

Requirements:

• Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and manage leads effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy — familiar with LOS systems, CRMs, and G Suite (or willing to learn)
• Motivated to grow within the mortgage industry (LO licensing support available)
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in mortgage or financial services) is a plus
