Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary: Rev Spring is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. The Financial Analyst will report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and will be responsible for analyzing and reporting key financial data. This position will play a key role in financial reporting and in developing financial metrics to measure and improve business operations.

• Coordinating and preparing reports, presentations and analysis intended to communicate selected financial data to Senior Management.
• Working with operational controllers to help lead the corporate budgeting and forecasting process for assigned areas; summarizing results to key decision makers.
• Supporting the organization by providing independent financial and operational analysis and judgement.
• Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives through collaboration with operational stakeholders.
• Monitoring the financial performance of assigned areas and comparing against budget/forecasts to identify risks/opportunities.
• Completing other ad‑hoc finance projects and analyses as needed or assigned.

• Ability to summarize and analyze complex data from various sources into meaningful reports and analyses.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
• Efficient updating of reporting with close attention to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc.).
• Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and achieve effective results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to work after hours as needed.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with Net Suite ERP, Power BI, Net Suite Planning and Budgeting Cloud (NSPB) is a plus.
• SAAS and print/communication experience is a plus.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis and reporting.
• Solid experience demonstrating problem‑solving and critical thinking.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
