• Learning and following all Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash extension
• Following Deka Lash Training to become certified in all services
• Staying up-to-date on eyelash extension theory and sanitation
• Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings
• Conducting thorough consultations with clients
• Building client relationships and your book
• Educating clients on how to care for their extensions at home
• Selling products to ensure lash retention
• Converting clients to members
• Educating clients on all Deka Lash services
• Utilizing the Point of Sale System in-studio
• Providing clients with a great customer experience
• Following all sanitation protocols and standards
• Ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
• Attend all monthly meeting whether in person or by phone
• Performing additional duties as required

Compensation: $11.00 - $30.00 per hour
