Overview

Scheduler role at Trinity Health At Home.

• Responsible for scheduling clients Home Health/Hospice services with clinician continuity. Identifies client need and schedule clinicians with the appropriate competencies to match client level of care.
• Exercise judgement in determining the most effective and efficient method of scheduling and rescheduling patients.
• Provide optimal levels of communication with patients, clinicians, clinical managers, physicians, and homecare coordinators.
• May also provide coverage for multiple sites and/or Hospice support.

Full time

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8a-5p.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate degree preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of scheduling experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Demonstrates understanding and interpretation of Medical Terminology.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to type 50 wpm and be proficient in Microsoft office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Working knowledge of standard office equipment.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission, vision, values, and Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program.
