Dr. Meadows and her team are looking to add an experienced Treatment Coordinator to our office located in Livonia. Our office has been recently updated, and has strong reviews and an amazing patient base.

The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, team orientated and someone who loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals.

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Verify insurance and process claims
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Must have 1+ years of Treatment Coordinating experience in dental field
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
• A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills
