Home Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Attendant to provide exceptional in-home care services to our clients in Livonia, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting their independence in a supportive environment.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and follow care plans as instructed.

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

• Competitive hourly wage: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.
