• BDM / Account Managers: 3 positions

Ideal Candidate

Skills:

• Good experience as an IT Technical Recruiter recruiting Engineering and IT talent through job boards and vendor partnerships in a consulting company.
• Ability to work closely with our Sales and Business Development team to understand requirements, search for candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and provide assistance for project success.
• Working experience with C2C, W2, and 1099.
• Good experience in a consulting environment for searching and recruiting software consultants, negotiating rates, signing agreements, and closing opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills.
