The Siemens DI Sales organization ideally focuses on providing solutions tailored to the specific needs of companies operating across multiple discrete, process, and hybrid industries. The CTO Customer Collaboration organization plays a crucial role in understanding the needs of forward‑thinking customers, positioning Siemens as a technology leader to drive digital transformation today and tomorrow for and with our customers, aligning the value of innovative and evolving Siemens solutions with customer pain points, and deploying a combination of existing, evolving, and exploring product portfolio elements (HW, SW, Services) as functional solutions at customer sites.

As we embark on an ambitious journey of digital transformation, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Transformation Consultant to spearhead our Digital Transformation Pioneering & Deployment team. This pivotal role is at the heart of our mission to redefine our Industrial Operations X Innovation Portfolio and develop and deploy novel Enterprise Solution Architectures with innovation customers and partners, driving innovation through digital excellence and collaboration.

You’ll make an impact by:- Managing and owning customer engagement across multiple manufacturing industries and segments, acting as a trusted advisor from both business and technical perspectives.
- Leveraging a deep understanding of customer business needs, engineering processes, and industry best practices to engage Siemens and partner resources effectively.
- Conducting visioning and scoping workshops, identifying collaboration opportunities and defining key sales scenarios that generate immediate business revenue and impact, expediting the sales process.
- Developing and presenting solution architectures through workshops, demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept models, and status reviews.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of Siemens DI automation and software portfolios, connecting these to digital threads that deliver comprehensive solutions for customer core business challenges.
- Maintaining and updating dashboards and/or other related documentation of customer workshops, customer success stories, sales opportunities, and relevant discovery efforts.
- Collecting, structuring, and communicating customer requirements through internal tools, enhancing feedback loops for portfolio and product development.
- Collaborating with marketing, portfolio management, and development teams to align US market needs and tailor communication strategies that deliver superior value propositions that drive Siemens adoption.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and technical implementation, addressing ambiguity, scope creep, and technical challenges.
- Advocating for transformative ideas and amplifying the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and organizational priorities and global strategies.
- Designing and refining the customer experience and journey in close alignment with the sales engagement model.
- Establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with Sales, Business Development, Account Teams, and Vertical market teams to identify and prioritize co‑innovation and digital transformation opportunities.
