We want you to help us deliver outstanding service as part of our Business Insurance team. You’ll work directly with the Client Executive / Senior Client Manager / Client Specialist and will manage daily servicing tasks while unlocking new growth opportunities. You’ll have the flexibility to work from any of our Michigan offices:
Grand Rapids, Livonia, or Troy.
- Service, grow, and retain the existing commercial book of business.
- Process daily servicing tasks efficiently to manage workload.
- Assist the team with marketing and placement of new & renewal commercial accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-year commercial insurance experience (preferred).
- Property/Casualty license or ability to attain preferred.
- Self‑starter capable of working under extreme pressure and managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and creativity in developing innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
MI Property & Casualty Producer's license will be required within 6 months of hire date.
