We want you to help us deliver outstanding service as part of our Business Insurance team. You’ll work directly with the Client Executive / Senior Client Manager / Client Specialist and will manage daily servicing tasks while unlocking new growth opportunities. You’ll have the flexibility to work from any of our Michigan offices:
Grand Rapids, Livonia, or Troy.

• Service, grow, and retain the existing commercial book of business.
• Process daily servicing tasks efficiently to manage workload.
• Assist the team with marketing and placement of new & renewal commercial accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-year commercial insurance experience (preferred).
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain preferred.
• Self‑starter capable of working under extreme pressure and managing multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and creativity in developing innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

MI Property & Casualty Producer's license will be required within 6 months of hire date.
