Delta Gear, an aerospace company, is an AS9100 and ISO
9001 registered facility which manufactures gear products, prototype/production, and transmission builds. In addition, we provide contract gear and CMM inspection services. We are also a NADCAP approved non‑destructive testing facility and currently provide Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Nital Etch.
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (1–2 hours daily overtime and some weekends)
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 4:00 pm – 12:30 am (1–2 hours daily overtime and some weekends)
- Set up and run various CNC milling equipment.
- Work with tooling, cutter technology, and part fixturing.
- Conduct in-process inspection and first-piece approvals.
- Accountable for part conformance to requirements.
- Use existing and develop new programming for newly machined parts.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years minimum experience in setup and running of various CNC milling equipment.
- Ability to indicate diameters and faces on pieces to be machined.
- Knowledge of GD&T and process sketches.
- Feed rate and machining best practices on various types of metals.
- Must be able to lift 25–40 lbs.
- Frequent standing, twisting, and bending.
