• Set up and operate CNC machines to convert raw materials to finished products.
• Load materials into CNC vertical mills, monitor operations, deburr parts, and perform quality checks.
• Able to meet standardized production times for the product being made.
• Monitor part quality and identify rejects.
• Assist in training less experienced team members as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read a tape measure and other measurement devices.
• Experience setting up CNC vertical mills; HAAS and/or FADAL preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• General use of air and hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use required PPE.
• Ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work overtime based on business needs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Familiarity with calipers and micrometers.
