Delta Research an Aerospace company is an AS9100 and ISO
9001 registered facility which manufactures Gear Products, Prototype/ Production, and Transmission Builds. In addition, we provide contract gear and CMM inspection services. We are also a NADCAP approved non‑destructive testing facility and currently provide Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Nital Etch.

• Support the Quality and Manufacturing departments with 1st Piece Inspection, In‑Process Inspection and Final Inspection of finished parts.
• Use manual handheld inspection tools such as micrometers, gauges and other inspection equipment while CMM is running longer cycle times.
• Program next job(s) in line while CMM is checking parts.
• Perform layout inspections, first piece approvals, in‑process inspections, and other aspects of inspection throughout the manufacturing process.
• Other quality related duties as assigned.

• Understanding of GD&T
• Prior CMM Operator Experience
• CMM Operator and / or Programming experience using Open DMIS
• Experience in a job shop or a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of inspection tools and best practices
• Positive, can‑do attitude with great attendance
