Who are we looking for?
Helm is currently seeking a Direct to Garment Machine Operator to join our growing organization on a full-time basis. This individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining high volume DTG printing and finishing equipment while maintaining a production schedule and meeting or exceeding our quality standards. If you are pursuing a hands‑on role, you will enjoy this role very much.
Experience in the garment decorating industry, such as:
Screen printing, embroidery, DTG Print, Dye‑sublimation, and transfers, is very valuable and would be a great base of knowledge for this role. However, we fully expect to train this individual on our specific process and machinery.

Experience:
As required to perform essential functions of position. Any experience with garment decorating particularly Direct to Garment printing is a plus.
