Beaver Aerospace & Defense, a Héroux-Devtek company, is seeking a Program Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate materials and production activities for assigned programs to achieve on-time delivery to customers. This role manages work orders from release through close, aligns production schedules with customer requirements, and leads program purchasing in partnership with commodity buyers. The Program Coordinator is the day-to-day link between Materials, Production, Quality, Engineering, Shipping & Receiving, and Program Management, running status meetings and reporting order status to keep programs on cost, quality, and schedule.

This is an exempt, on-site position in Livonia, Michigan.

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day work across Customer Service, Production, Machining, Inspection, and Shipping & Receiving to keep assigned programs on schedule
• Review sales orders and production schedules to determine material, capacity, and production requirements
• Plan and set work schedules, assignments, and production sequences, adjusting as needed to protect customer delivery dates
• Create, track, and close work orders, ensuring all labor, material, and outside processing costs are accurately captured
