Homestead Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for one of our Community in Livonia. The LPN will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well‐being, and maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Communicate with pharmacies.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status, noting any changes and responding promptly, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Lead resident assistants and med techs to ensure superior care (patient assessments, audits, and staff training).
• Supervise and support Caregivers in delivering care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

• Current and valid LPN license in Michigan.
• Proven experience in a senior living or long‑term care environment, preferably in a management role.
• Working knowledge of nursing‑home regulations and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Ability to relate positively to residents, their families, employees, and the community with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
