Supplier Quality Documentation Reviewers

Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is now hiring Full-time Supplier Quality Documentation Reviewers (Contract) for an automotive Tier 1 supplier. The Full-time Supplier Quality Documentation Reviewers is responsible for utilizing basic quality function experience and skills for supporting the Advanced Supplier Quality team. The Supplier Quality Documentation Reviewers (contract) position will review supplier submission package reviews (PPAP, FAI and customer specifics) and will be trained and supported by ASQE team members on project work.

This position is based out of Livonia, MI and offers an AM day shift. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Full-time Supplier Quality Documentation Reviewers position below are strongly encouraged to apply.

• AM day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

• Review supplier PPAP, FAI and customer-specific submission packages against program, engineering and purchase order requirements
• Identify missing or nonconforming documentation and follow up with suppliers/ internal ASQE leads on required corrections
• Coordinate technical questions and escalations with ASQEs and Engineering
• Upload approved documentation and maintain submission tracking logs and status updates
• Support timely approvals and part release to meet program build dates

• 3 years of related manufacturing quality experience
• Related quality experience must include functions other than inspection
• Recent quality experience in automotive manufacturing or a similar industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate dimensional results and material certifications
• Basic engineering, drawing interpretation and GD&T knowledge
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient oral and written communication in English
