Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present delicious food safely and efficiently.
* Master all kitchen station assignments, including fries, breading, and food prep.
* Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
* Stay updated on new products and adhere to food safety procedures.
* Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any issues.
* Follow Chick-fil-A's dress code and rules at all times.
Qualifications:
* Consistent and reliable attendance.
* Previous experience preferred but not required.
* Cheerful and positive attitude with a passion for service.
* Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills.
* Able to multi-task and work well both independently and in a team.
* Willing to work a flexible schedule and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time.
