Retail Sales Manager responsible for leading a high‐traffic, sales‑driven wireless store, driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales associates, recruiting, training, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Base pay $49,731–$102,608 per year with unlimited commission potential. Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, vacation pay, short‑ and long‑term disability, and 401(k).

• Lead the retail store operations and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coach and develop retail sales staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Recruit, interview, and retain top talent for the sales team.
• Maintain and promote a clean, well‑stocked store environment and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with company leadership to implement strategies, process improvements, and brand initiatives.
• Participate in company assessments and onboarding processes as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience managing a high‑traffic, retail wireless store.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• At least 3 direct reports in a retail sales environment.
• Strong sales process knowledge and ability to demonstrate it.
• Experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing staff.
• Positive, dynamic personality with high resilience (GRIT) and teamwork spirit.
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week and stand most of the day.
