- Five (5) years experience/training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry trades; documentation provided by employee per Article XV, Section

Representative of those that must be met to perform essential functions. - Office Environment:
Regularly required to walk, stand, use hands, talk or hear, taste or smell. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently lift 50 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, depth perception, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Must work near moving mechanical parts, in high, precarious places (frequent ladder/aerial lift use), around toxic or caustic chemicals, in outdoor weather conditions and with risk of electrical shock. - Noise Level: Moderate.
