Overview

Enjoy a $50,000–$75,000 per year starting salary range with the potential for career advancement as a Hardscape Foreman with Teddy’s Landscape. Accepted candidates will receive guaranteed full-time hours plus paid overtime and year-round work.

• Lead a crew for successful project completion
• Build paver surfaces, retaining walls, and other hardscapes
• Install plant material, sod, and drainage systems
• Demonstrate expertise by making irrigation repairs during and after construction
• Set grades and grade sites
• Install pond and water features
• Install outdoor lighting
• Safely operate machinery such as skid steers, excavators, front end/wheel loaders, dump trucks, and/or other heavy equipment

• Experience leading a crew
• Basic carpentry skills
• 1+ years of working with hardscape construction materials, including pavers
• Ability to read blueprints and use related software systems
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• A positive attitude
• At least 18 years of age
