The Plumber Apprentice supports plumbing operations for foundation repair, waterproofing, and crawl space encapsulation projects. This entry-level role focuses on learning the trade through hands-on experience, assisting licensed plumbers, and ensuring work meets safety and quality standards. The position is ideal for individuals pursuing a plumbing career and committed to developing technical skills.

Respond to direction from Journeyman and Master Plumbers and complete assigned tasks promptly. Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to build plumbing knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned.
** Qualifications
* * Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, climbing, confined spaces). Good communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Groundworks locations.
