What You'll Do:

* Roll your sleeves, get in the dirt, go boots-on-the ground, to install foundation repair and waterproofing solutions on residential projects - it's a dirty job

* Lead by example and inspire a high-performing crew to get the job done right, the first time

* Ensure a safe and clean job site, every time

* Assign tasks and oversee installations with precision and efficiency

* Troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on track

* Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with pride

* Mentor and train crew members to grow their skills - we WIN TOGETHER

* Safely operate company vehicles (box truck/trailers) and equipment (mini excavators)

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience leading crews or small teams in construction or related fields

* Solid understanding of foundation repair, waterproofing, or mechanical systems

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

* Valid, non-restrictive driver's license

* Willingness to work in crawl spaces and confined areas
