Fitter, Construction Labor ​/ Trades

We're looking for an experienced fitter who can read prints, solve challenges, and keep our top-quality work on schedule and moving smoothly.

This is for second shift:
Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

What You'll Do:

• Check materials to make sure they meet customer specs and our quality standards
• Operate shop equipment as needed for the job
• Set up welders and other shop equipment
• Build fixtures and other aids to improve workflow
• Follow all company safety rules—everyone goes home safe
• Help train and guide newer crew members
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What You Need:

• Must be able to read blueprints, run equipment, weld, and burn

Experience:

• Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid AWS D1.1 Certification required
