Cardinal Staffing is seeking reliable General Laborers to assist with warehouse operations. The primary responsibilities include unpacking products, sorting materials, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and efficient work area. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and able to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Unpack incoming shipments and materials.
• Sort products and materials according to company procedures.
• Organize inventory and prepare items for storage or distribution.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is helpful but not required.

Warehouse setting with varying temperatures. Fast- paced work environment requiring physical activity. Safety equipment may be required.

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour Opportunities for overtime and advancement
