Do you have experience estimating heavy civil engineering projects within highways, drainage or water? Are you looking for a long‑term opportunity with a successful business that has ambitious growth plans and a strong pipeline of work across its South Wales region?

We deliver projects across highways, rail, drainage and water infrastructure, from smaller works up to £10 million in value. Following continued success and expansion within the water sector, the business is looking to strengthen the team as it grows across South Wales and into emerging sectors.

In this role you will oversee the full estimating process. Key responsibilities include managing tender submissions, developing cost plans, reviewing tender documentation, and collaborating with operational, commercial and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Estimator working within highways, drainage, or water. All candidates must understand first principles and possess a valid UK driver’s licence. All levels of experience will be considered.

Salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
