Ysgol Bro Dinefwr is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivated Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our dedicated team on a fixed-term basis.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of teaching staff to support pupils' learning, wellbeing and development, both within the classroom and through targeted interventions. The role will involve supporting individual pupils and small groups, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and contributing to the wider life of the school.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has experience of working with children and young people in an educational setting.
• Is able to support teaching and learning activities effectively.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work flexibly as part of a team and use their own initiative.
• Is committed to promoting the wellbeing and achievement of all learners.
• Shares the school's values and commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
