We’re looking for a caring and committed Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Teaching Assistant to join our client school, supporting children and young people aged 3–19 with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils withSLD, PMLD, autism, physical disabilities and complex learning needs
• Providingone-to-one and small group supporttailored to individual development plans
• Occasionally assisting withpersonal care, mobility and wellbeing, ensuring dignity and safety
• Supportingsensory, communication and differentiated learning activities
• Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and inclusion
• Working closely with teachers and specialist professionals

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children or young people withALN or complex needs
• Is calm, patient and caring, with a flexible and positive approach
• Works well as part of ateam in a specialist setting
• Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
