Site Manager

Location: Llandrindod Wells, Powys
Duration: 28 weeks
Start Date: Approx. 3 weeks

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 1.5m new build project in Llandrindod Wells.

The project is a 28-week brickwork build, delivering a larder and office space, and is due to start in approximately three weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management and supervision

• Managing trades, programme, and health & safety

• Ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard

• Liaising with the client and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing similar new build projects

• Strong brickwork background preferred

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

• Ability to work independently and manage site operations

Ideally, candidates will be local to Llandrindod Wells. If this is not an option, our client will look at renting a property nearby. (day rate will be at lower end of the scale if this is the case)
