Overview
Location:
Llandrindod Wells, Powys. Duration: 28 weeks.
Start Date:
Approx. 3 weeks. We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a £1.5m new build project in Llandrindod Wells. The project is a 28-week brickwork build delivering a larder and office space and is due to start in approximately three weeks.
- Day-to-day site management and supervision
- Managing trades, programme, and health & safety
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Liaising with the client and subcontractors
- Proven experience managing similar new build projects
- Strong brickwork background preferred
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
- Ability to work independently and manage site operations
- Ideally local to Llandrindod Wells; if not, client will consider renting a nearby property (day rate at the lower end of the scale in that case)
