Cleaning

Managerto lead our cleaning operation at Tesco in Llandrindod Wells.

This is a hands-on management role where you will be responsible for delivering high cleaning standards, leading and supporting yourteam, and ensuring the site consistently meets both client and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage,motivate, and support the on-site cleaning team.
• Ensureall cleaning duties are completed to the highest standards.
• Carryout regular quality audits and maintain compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Manage staff rotas, attendance, training, and performance.
• Monitor and order cleaning materials and consumables.
• Buildand maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
• Ensureall company policies and procedures are followed.

• Previous experience in a cleaning management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Aproactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety and cleaning best practices.
• Flexibility,reliability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

• £15.00per hour.
