Care Tech's Trinity Trinity service in Llandudno is seeking a Support Worker to deliver person-centred support in line with individual plans. You will assist with daily living skills and personal care where required, promote independence, dignity and wellbeing, and help with community activities and appointments.
You will maintain accurate records, work as part of a team, and cover a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
