Clwyd Alyn is recruiting a Homeless Support Officer to work in Isallt, Conwy, 37 hours per week on a rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will support individuals to live independently, develop life skills and access opportunities.
Using a person-centred approach, you will build confidence, plan tailored support, manage risks and maintain accurate records while coordinating with housing, health and social care partners.
