MCG Ltd are proud to be recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef for one of their clients busy, food-led gastro pubs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, creative chef who loves fresh, seasonal, well-executed food and wants to play a key role in a successful kitchen.

The Role Working closely with the Head Chef and General Manager, you'll help lead the kitchen team and play a genuine part in developing an ever-changing, seasonal menu combining pub classics with interesting dishes influenced from around the world.
You'll have plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas, develop dishes and showcase your creativity, while supporting the Head Chef in maintaining excellent food standards and a positive kitchen culture.

We're Looking For

• Experienced Senior Sous Chef / Sous Chef from a quality gastro pub, restaurant or similar environment
• Passionate about fresh ingredients and great food
• Creative, enthusiastic and confident leading a kitchen team
• Strong standards around food quality, consistency and presentation
