We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Primark Llandudno. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

Schedule:

Monday 06:00 - 09:00, Thursday 06:00 - 09:00. Includes an additional hour at Tesco Llandudno on Monday and Thursday.

There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.

• Product Placement and Replenishment
  • Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales.
  • Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Beauty Knowledge
  • Become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Compliance and Standards
  • Follow merchandising standards, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Implement planograms where provided to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores.

• Work at pace, ensuring the stands are filled quickly and accurately with as much stock as possible.
• Have experience in merchandising or retail.
• Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using initiative to find solutions.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Be comfortable with manual handling, moving and arranging products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• Be confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
