The Range in Llandudno is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support day-to-day store operations and lead a high‑performing team. You will coach colleagues, manage customer service standards and ensure store compliance and safety.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee opening/closing, merchandising, stock control and KPI delivery in a fast‑paced retail environment, driving an exceptional in-store experience for customers.
