• Creating a store customers love to shop in.
• Bringing fresh ideas to increase footfall and grow the business.
• Working with our marketing team on exciting campaigns and events.
• Using data and KPIs to make smart commercial decisions.
• Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and operational standards.

• Has proven experience managing a successful large retail store, preference with department store background at Store Manager level or experienced Deputy/Assistant
• Loves developing people and building winning teams.
• Thinks commercially and isn't afraid to make decisions.
• Loves managing budgets and driving commercial performance.
• Is passionate about fashion, homewares and exceptional customer service.
• Brings energy, positivity and a hands‑on leadership style.
• Comfortable managing large teams of approx 15.

• Salary up to £50,000 (Dependent on experience)
