Smollan is recruiting a Field Brand Ambassador to represent Mondelez brands across Llandudno, Bangor, Rhyl, Wrexham and surrounds. You will manage in-store visibility, negotiate with store managers and drive promotional compliance while working 24 hours per week in a permanent field-based role.
Offering a quarterly bonus up to 15% of earnings and a potential OTE, this role rewards proactive relationship-building and strong merchandising execution in a real-world retail environment.
