We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Birmingham. This role is ideal for candidates from customer-facing backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, call centre, customer service, or junior sales roles who are looking to move into a professional sales environment with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Generate leads and support business growth

• Maintain accurate records using internal systems

• Work towards individual and team sales targets
Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivated, target-driven, and eager to earn commission

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Professional and reliable

What We Offer:

• £25,000 – £27,000 basic salary

• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000
