We are currently looking for ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join one of the UK’s largest insurance brokers as an Insurance Advisor.

Whether you already have insurance experience or come from a strong customer service or sales background, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that offers structured training, professional qualifications and genuine career progression.

Your responsibilities will include:

First point of contact for new and existing customers
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understanding customers’ needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
Managing renewals, enquiries and policy amendments
Working towards individual and team performance targets
Continuously developing your product knowledge through training and professional development

Experience required:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence speaking with customers and finding solutions
Previous experience within customer service, sales or insurance
Motivation to build a long-term career within the insurance industry
