Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Llandudno for a highly motivated Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. Duties:

Engaging with potential customers via outbound calls, prospecting, and in-person visits to generate leads
Managing a healthy sales pipeline by building and nurturing customer relationships
Conducting vehicle presentations and understanding customer needs to tailor the sales approach
Negotiating deals effectively to maximise sales and customer satisfaction as the Car Sales Executive
Upselling complementary products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories
Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and follow up on leads
Supporting marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and events
Delivering excellent customer service from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up Requirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade
Strong negotiation and organisational skills to handle multiple clients effectively
Proficiency with CRM software and basic organisational tools
Fluency in both Welsh and English is highly desirable
Valid full UK driver’s licence is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for the Car Sales Executive
Willingness to learn and develop within the automotive sector
