As a Door Supervisor in Prestatyn, you’re not “just on the door”. You’re the face of safety
, the first point of contact
, and a key part of creating a great experience for customers.

• Maintain a visible and approachable presence at the venue entrance and throughout the premises
• Engage positively with customers while supporting venue staff
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that reflects both the venue and Professional Security brand
• Work closely with venue management to ensure smooth operations during busy trading periods
• Identify and address potential issues early to prevent escalation
• Enforce venue policies including age verification, dress codes, and intoxication policies
• Manage incidents calmly and professionally while prioritising customer safety
• Complete incident reports and documentation when required
• Support emergency procedures and assist with safe venue evacuations if necessary

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
• Ability to pass BS7858 security vetting
• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or crowd management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Calm, confident, and professional attitude
• Strong teamwork and reliability
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and late-night shifts
• Reliable transport to and from venues in Llandudno and surrounding areas
