Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Llandudno is seeking a Social Worker for the Older People & Hospital Team to cover 12 weeks of sickness leave, full-time 37 hours per week, working from the Llandudno office.
You will deliver high-quality social work with older people, coordinate with carers and families, manage caseloads, and keep accurate records. Eligibility requires a Social Work degree and registration with Social Care Wales, plus at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
