Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Social Work

    Qualification:

    Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration: Registered with Social Care Wales.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency with technology and software used in social work settings.
  • Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
  • Relevant

    Experience:

    Experience working with older people in hospital and community settings.
