Betsi Cadwaldr University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic Health Visitor to join our universal Health Visiting service in the Llandudno area, North Wales. You will be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, delivering the Healthy Wales Child Programme to families with 0–5 year olds in the community.
Based within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care with safeguarding at the core.
